For my rentals, we use www.MyRental.com. They have various options starting at $7.99.
I was doing a $39.99 report that included a full credit report, but I’m going to try the $24.99 report that includes an eviction history, criminal record, and their “tenant score,” which uses a formula that MyRental.com came up with.
