Pacifica
The rolling hills and winding roads of Pacifica create a sheltered atmosphere quite different from the rest of Pacific Beach. Situated on the lower slopes of Soledad Mountain in northeast PB, this quiet residential neighborhood boasts spectacular views of the ocean, Mission Bay, and the Downtown area beyond.

What’s Cool About Pacifica
A few small private communities are sprinkled throughout, as well as the retirement community of Wesley Palms. Capehart Dog Park is great for those who want to take their canine companions out for some exercise, and the much larger Kate Sessions Park is also relatively close by. Kate Sessions Elementary School is also located just to the west. Pacifica is the perfect choice for those who want the excitement and beach life of Pacific Beach without the hectic pace.
