You saw over 50 condos! That’s a LOT.
Second…
I don’t know the particulars, but if this one is your favorite perhaps it’s superior to the condos that have been going in the 420s.
Last…
As long as you don’t go overboard, it’s okay to overpay a little for your dream home. After all, which would make you happier: A) paying market value for a just-good-enough home, or B) paying a little extra for a home you’ll LOVE for many years?
You make the call for yourself, but my choice is “B.”
