Once upon a time, one real estate agent would handle everything there is to handle when selling a home: marketing, sales, photography, paperwork, and the list goes on. But times have changed, and the business has gotten more complicated. Nowadays, the most effective real estate agents have a supporting team made up of specialists who each handle a different aspect of the home sale. And really, it just makes more sense this way: After all, you wouldn’t want a doctor who was also the nurse, receptionist and hospital janitor!
