Sorry, but if there were any get-rich-quick ideas that actually worked, everyone would do them…and they would no longer work.
The closest thing to a useful answer I could give you is to wait until we have another downturn (2 years, 10 years… who knows?) and either:
- Buy near the bottom and hold until it peaks
- On the way up, buy/fix/sell as many properties as you can
Of course, the glaring flaw in this advice is the assumption that you can recognize the bottoms and the peaks.
