1. The market is on fire. Many segments of the market are getting multiple offers, so it won’t take long to sell your home.
2. Prices are up really in all parts of San Diego. They are the highest prices in history, so you’ll get a price that is the highest you would have ever gotten for your home
in the past.
3. All markets cycle. I don’t know if we’re going to peak this summer, or if we’ve already peaked, or if we’ll peak next year. Markets go up and down.
