One Central Park, located in Sydney, Australia combines a high-rise apartment building with vertical gardens to a beautiful effect. The gardens are comprised of 38,000 plants, including 250 native and exotic types of plants. The gardens will vary in appearance depending on the season.

One Central Park contains over 600 apartments along with restaurants and a terrace where you can relax and enjoy beautiful views of the city.
It also contains the world’s largest membrane bioreactor recycled water facility. What is that you may ask? Basically, it is an abbreviated process which collects and recycles water of varying qualities and supplies them appropriately, enough for the entire complex of 4,000 residents and 15,000 visitors and workers. And it does that every day.
