2017 is just around the corner, which makes now a great time to reflect on the past year.
2016 has been a very interesting year in real estate. We had a very good run of appreciation and then the market started to sputter. Everyone thought that the market was falling, but then, sure enough, the market picked up again.
This December, the real estate market is really hot. There are not many people selling homes, but there are a lot of people out there buying. In fact, homes are selling in an average of three days, which is not too bad for home sellers.

I called around in the area they were interested in, someone had a duplex, and they agreed to sell. In fact, my client just closed on that duplex yesterday!
