When selling your home, you’ll eventually have your agent over to your house so they can take a look at it and give you their advice on how best to sell it.
As an agent, I can tell you that it’s not fun to sit down with someone and be critical of their home. It’s hard to give people advice and say certain things about how to make their home more sellable. This is why I recommend that you give your agent carte blanche and tell them you want their honest advice. They shouldn’t have to worry about offending you. In fact, you should want them to offend you.
Hopefully, that will give your agent free reign to give you the best advice on how to make your home the most appealing it can be to homebuyers. This, of course, will help it sell quicker and for more money.
