You will definitely be better served with a successful team. Here are just a few of the reasons…
- Selling a home today is complicated! It requires several people with diverse knowledge and skills to handle: pricing homes, marketing, negotiating, technology, sales, contracts, other paperwork, managing an escrow, etc.
- A successful team has the resources to fully market your home.
- They have a larger pool of buyers for your home.
- Rather than waiting for a solo agent to get something done, a good team gives you fast, efficient service. Most things get done in hours, not days.
- If your agent takes a long weekend or vacation, things don’t fall apart. They should continue without skipping a beat.
Those are just a few of the many reason that – in my humble opinion – you’re better off with a team.
