What’s Cool About Boardwalk
Boardwalk has secure buildings that feature elevators and interior laundry rooms. Many of the condos have balconies, and some are two stories. The complex has an elegant and exclusive feel to it, with lush yet well-trimmed landscaping throughout.
Two shopping centers, The Shops at La Jolla Village and Villa Norte, are right across the street, and the neighborhood’s other outlets are also close by. They contain a variety of shopping and dining options. By Gary Kent
