Boardwalk

Boardwalk is a complex located at 8830–80 Villa La Jolla Drive, at the north end of the La Jolla Village neighborhood. Of all the community’s complexes, Boardwalk is the closest to UCSD—just a block away. Amenities include: pool/spa, tennis courts, club room, and underground parking garages.

Boardwalk has secure buildings that feature elevators and interior laundry rooms. Many of the condos have balconies, and some are two stories. The complex has an elegant and exclusive feel to it, with lush yet well-trimmed landscaping throughout.

La Jolla Village rivals the downtown Village neighborhood in terms of shopping variety, though its shops veer less toward high fashion and more toward practical items.

Two shopping centers across from each other, The Shops at La Jolla Village and La Jolla Village Square, are the most notable options. A couple of other business parks in the same area round out the selection.

The more upscale UTC Mall in University City is just a few minutes to the east.
