Villa Toscana

Villa Toscana is a complex in La Jolla Village, one of the cheaper options in the neighborhood. Originally an apartment complex, it was converted into condos in 2005. Condo amenities include a pool, spa, barbeque and clubhouse, centrally located so that all residents have convenient access.

Situated on a hillside, Villa Toscana condos are all 1 to 2 bedrooms, some of which have a lovely view of surrounding vegetation. Light earth-toned exteriors and palm-lined sidewalks create a sunny, cheerful atmosphere. A few small trails surrounding the complex allow for biking and hiking.

Villa La Jolla Park is just a block down the street to the south—great for picnics and gatherings or just a breath of fresh air. UCSD is only about three minutes away, and the nearby shopping centers contain a variety of shopping and dining options. By Gary Kent
