Today, I’m going to tell you a story—and I can’t tell you whether it’s real or not, I can only tell you what I was told.
Here’s what happened: a wonderful client’s mother sadly passed away, so she called me to sell the home. I did sell the home, and then she relayed this story to me within a year after the fact.
She said she went by the home, and she saw some construction going on. For the sake of reminiscing, she stopped her car and took a look. She told the workers this used to be her mother’s home. They stopped her and said they needed to talk with her.
“They told her they kept seeing a woman at the top of the stairs.”
After inquiring further, they told her they kept seeing a woman at the top of the stairs, giving a description of her and everything. The client confirmed that the description matched what her mother looked like.
I don’t know what happened exactly, and apparently that wasn’t repeated anymore. But that was the story my client told me.
