The answer is fairly simple: Tell them that if they do a good job for you, you’ll refer them to all your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. It’s that easy. Most agents realize the value of referring a friend or family member.

And if they actually do provide quality service to you, it’s important that you actually make good on that promise and refer the agent to the people you know.
