October 2020 Pacific Beach, San Diego 2-4 unit real estate market update
How many two to four unit properties are for sale right now in Pacific Beach? 8 currently. What does that mean? That means it’s not a lot that are for sale, it’s a bit of a shortage. There have been times we’ve had less. Usually, we have more for sale.
How many have sold do far in 2020? So far, 30 have sold. That’s a pretty healthy number.
